Fun-filled Weekend: Part 1

We traveled to Richmond (or Rich-man, as Jaxon calls it) to visit friends this weekend. Our first stop on Saturday was the "Mushroom Festival". I learned that Richmond is the mushroom capital; thus, they apparently have a festival every year to boast their title! They had lots of stuff for the kids and all kinds of vendors. It was pretty fun!

Kurt and Carrie got the pleasure of keeping up with Jaxon on the crowded streets!

Jaxon got to dunk a man at the dunking booth. I'm not sure that the ball even went close to the target, but the poor guy got dunked anyway!

There was also a few animals there for the kids to pet.

Ava was her usual self, just taking it all in!
