TWO

Ava turns two today.
My baby is no longer a baby..sniff, sniff.
It is crazy how fast the last two years have flown by.

Ava is such a sweet little girl.
She loves to give big hugs and kisses.
She is so full of personality!

Her vocabulary has grown immensely lately.
She speaks in sentences.
She says thank you for everything.
She runs so cute right now, holding her arms real close to her chest and swinging her elbows dramatically!
She LOVES her blankets and baby dolls.
She loves for people to tell her how pretty she is (she gets that from her Daddy's side of the family).
She loves, loves, loves to eat.  Just say the word snack or eat, and she comes running!  She can shove more food in her mouth at one time than anyone I know.  She'll have chipmunk cheeks for a good 20 minutes after a meal!

She loves cake pops too (or "cake cups", as she says)!
She didn't have any particular requests for her school treats, so I opted for strawberry cake with pink and purple chocolate...and lots of sprinkles!

She offered me a bite...for just a second, then she came to her senses!

Ava's chipmunk cheeks!

Jaxon had to test out the pink ones!

The little stinker snuck another one out to the deck!
Don't you love how dramatic she was with taking a bite.

When I told her no more, she gave me this look and protected her cake pop from me!
Yeah, I caved and let her have it!  It's her birthday, right?

Happy birthday, baby girl!
We love you so much.

Oh, I probably should give some credit to Josh for helping me with their cake pops.  He did all of the sprinkles!

Happy Bithday to AVA! She is a beautiful little girl!! You guys do good!

Thanks for the comment on "my beef". haha. You made me feel a lot better on how much Ben ends up sleeping in our bed everynight. And in realization that by the time he is ten and he will think he is WAY to cool to even hang out with Mom.... I also decided it was okay for the last two nights to let him fall asleep in bed by me.
