FIVE

Jaxon turns five today!
I can hardly believe it.
He truly is an awesome kid.
He's thoughtful and loving.
He's creative, always thinking about everything.
He loves to learn new things.
He is very articulate and talks, talks, and talks...NON STOP!
He has a memory that is out of this world.


Some of the more recent things that he has been doing include writing his name and alphabet very well, learning to read, learning to tie his shoes, he can dial Josh's phone number without assistance, and collecting anything from outside just to name a few.


He requested vanilla cake pops in blue and green for his treats to take to school.
He LOVES cake pops!
I let him sample a few last night.

Ava LOVES cake pops too.
She spotted them the minute they were done, saying "I want cake cup" (she calls all cupcakes and cake pops, cake cups!)

Happy birthday, buddy!
We love you dearly.

Update:  This morning, Jaxon got up and came into our bathroom while I was getting ready for work.  As he was going to the bathroom, he said "Mom, aren't you going to sing me something?"  So, I sang happy birthday to him while he was sitting on the toilet!  Then, when Josh and Ava got up, we all sang to him.  He just grinned from ear to ear!
