V-Day Prep

This weekend was filled with Valentine's Day preparations!
First up, crafting Jaxon's valentine's.

Which resulted in these cute, candy-filled pouches just waiting to be ripped open!

Next up, making Ava's cookie pop valentines.
Her favorite parts were the fact that the were pink and chocolate!
She kept naming all of her friends at school that she was going to give these to.

Then, we decided to make some chocolate cookie pops too.

Mainly so that we could all eat some too.
I haven't figured out why it is so fun for kids to eat treats that are on sticks, but they sure LOVE it!

The finished product all wrapped up and ready to go...before we ate them all!

We had lots of fun this weekend with all of our crafting, baking, and time spent with family; but, by Sunday night, we all felt like this...
(Picture taken a few weekends ago after we kept Ava out a little too late for her liking!)

Hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day!

...I have no idea how you do it. I barely got Ki to focus long enough to sign his name to the 12 "pre-made" Valentines & I could barely focus long enough to cut the brownies into heart shapes! You are officially being named "TALENTED TURD"!
