While we were cooking dinner, we realized that it got really quiet...big clue that we needed to see what the kids were up to...
They were just hanging out in the pantry playing together! And just so that everyone is clear...we didn't put them there, they did it on their own!!
After dinner, Jaxon helped dry some of the wet dishes from the dishwasher...
while Ava fell asleep in her highchair...
All in all...a pretty relaxing evening (well, as relaxing as it could be with a three year old and an eight month old :))

How cute are those pics...especially that pantry one! And like Ava every really cries!!
I agree with Em---I have never see Ava cry. what are you guys doing this weekend that you bribed them to be good or they couldn't do it....isn't that how it works...LOL
Oh...she does in the evenings if she hasn't had good naps at school. Granted, it magically stops when we pick her up...which we probably do too often :)
And, we actually didn't have to bribe them at all that night (suprisingly!)...must have been their alone time in the pantry.
